About the Work

Literary Chorale Triptych is a new work for solo marimba built from three short, contrasting chorales. Each movement draws on a different science fiction novel and explores a distinct emotional and sonic landscape.

Daisy Waters

Daisy Waters is a contemporary classical percussionist, composer, pianist, and songwriter whose work centers on solo and chamber percussion. She holds a Master of Music degree from the University of Illinois and, as a composer, has written more than 160 original works and arrangements.
